What “Here, There and Everywhere” gives the reader is not an exhaustive bio or in-depth analysis, but glimpses into the separate and collective worlds of John, Paul, George and Ringo, as seen through the eyes of sound engineer Geoff Emerick. There have been scores of books written about the Fab Four, some boasting that they are the “definitive” history of the group, others stooping to “tell-all” status. ![]() And with the release of the remastered versions of their entire catalog, there’s never been a better time to re-examine and rediscover the greatest of all rock-and-roll phenomenons: The Beatles.
